Title: Beta version 0.23 this weekend

I have version 0.23 finshed and I am working on the final pagemaking tasks (updating TOC, Bookmarks, and in-document references.

I expect to be done these tasks today, so will likely have version 0.23 released either tonight or tomorrow.
