I figured that I would show off the WIP (Work in progress) by showing stills of it in progress.....
Shot 1 -- just the walls and some terrain features, including local farmland.
Shot 2 -- added a few buildings. Notice the huge ostler's taking up almost half the northern portion of the town. THis is where the Caledi Guard are headquartered and the ostlers also serve to house mounts for adventurers as well.
There is a smaller ostler by the south gate, but that is mostly for traders who will be heading back to the south again.
Shot 3 -- I have added a few more buildings and this one shows the grid as well (10' per square). I will be changing the size of the grid later, but having it helps me make sure buildings are a proper size.
Shot 4 -- This image has a lot more buildings. The city is about half way built here. We have forests on the south side of town added (I have the grid off for this image).

Yes, the towers and walls from the frist image.
The other things are cliffs (notice the little mine dug into the one cliff in the bottom left section.
If you click on any of the images, it opens them into a larger version in the image itself.

I may adjust the grid (or remove it altogether) and I still have to do labels and such, but the map itself is complete....

Map Only - no grid or lables
Map No Grid, but it has the labels
And with both Grid and labels (note -- this grid is 1 square ==20 feet
