Reworking Defensive Thresholds

Currently, the Defensive Threshold (DT) has a base of 15 + Speed.

The change I am proposing that I make is to make the Base DT be 10+ Reflexes (with Reflexes being Speed+Dexterity).

This actually would make it fall in line with Automatic Rolls (the base 10), and to me overall Reflexes would suit DT better than simple Speed does.

As you can see below, the DT for the current list of Monsters mostly goes down a point or two. In very few cases, it actually goes up.

This is very good. Makes secondary attributes more useful.
