Title: Calculating Experience

So, I honestly don't usually use XP.  But, for Jenaerika it's a tool for paying the PCs for their adventures so I am taking a stab at it.

So, for a single player I would use:

Base XP : 30
Successful Adventure : +50
1x Encounter : +15
Accomplished Personal Goal : +10

Total : 105

Does this seem correct?

Yup,all players should get 95 xp with the one who accomplished the personal goal getting 105

 plus another 20, if they completed a Party Goal

Perfect.  The Adventurers Guild in Jenaerika pays PCs and I use the XP as the base for it.  So, the PC from that adventure received 105/4=26.25 GP and 26.25 was paid against their training fees.
