These tiny figures have light blue skin and diaphanous wings and wispy white hair. They hear everything that transpires within their domain and if summoned, they may be asked up to three questions regarding any such knowledge that they might possess. As a Familiar, the Wind Spirit may be asked to carry any conversation that it personally hears (i.e. is present for) to its master. Also, the Wind Spirit can also produce a bubble of fresh air around the head of its friend that will last for up to one hour (this can be done once per day). Wind Spirits can be found anywhere that the wind blows, but they will never enter any man-made structures or structures that even appear to be semi-enclosed unless they are a Familiar.
